After relocating, Diana and her husband Javier seized the opportunity to establish roots in Houston, bringing a slice of their heritage to the diverse local community. In 2020, Diana transformed Don Javier Meat Market into a bustling hub of Mexican American culture and cuisine.

Our small business operates as a meat market, convenience store and a taqueria, offering authentic Mexican flavors, with a diverse range of fresh products including tacos, gorditas, tamales, sopes, quesadillas, and Mexican specialties. Expanding our services to include check cashing, money transfers, pay bills, money orders, and more. Our warm and welcoming staff, all fluent in Spanish, create an inviting atmosphere for our Hispanic and American customers.
